Last they checked I was still 2-3cm dilated and that was around 1:45pm. At 2ish they started me on pitocin and my contractions have definitely been more active and closer together, but I'm not what they call in "active labor." Ralph & Carolina and of course Isaac have been here all day. We've been chatting, playing cards and entertaining the staff. I'm at 16 milliunits of pitocin, increasing by two every half hour. When I get to 20, they'll check me again and we'll make some more decisions about what to do next. Keep praying folks! Sofia's doing great; her heart rate is fantastic! Our nurse said that of all the babies on the floor, she was the BEST! Already a little champ!

Keep looking here for updates because, well, it's faster than texting 20 people. But we LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your concern and prayers and even uplifting texts or emails. During some hard contractions, it's been really helpful to know that friends and family are all thinking and praying for us.
